Use of CNC lathe

The machine adopts a 45° overall inclined bed structure, which is a high-speed, high-precision, and high-reliability inclined bed machine tool. The main components such as the bed base, bed body, and headboard box are cast with high-strength materials to ensure the long-term stability of the machine tool. Equipped with high-precision preload linear rolling guide rails, the position accuracy of the machine tool is high, and the chip removal is smooth, making it ideal for high-speed and high-precision processing.

It features a high-speed, high-precision, and high-rigidity shell spindle unit with a servo spindle motor to achieve higher spindle speeds. The spindle unit is assembled in a constant temperature room. After assembly, it is closed at a constant temperature for 72 hours, and then run and tested for another 72 hours to ensure reliable high-speed and high-precision performance.

Featuring an optimized tool row mode, it offers fast tool change speed and high positioning accuracy.

The X and Z direction feed is directly connected with the lead screw by the servo motor through high-torque and low-inertia elastic couplings. The support of the lead screw adopts a pre-tensile structure, which eliminates transmission backlash and pre-compensates for the influence of thermal deformation on accuracy during long-term operations. An advanced centralized automatic lubrication device is adopted for stable and reliable automatic intermittent lubrication.

The machine tool protection adopts a full-cover design featuring reliable waterproof and anti-chip capabilities, convenient maintenance, and a unique, user-friendly appearance. The tailstock is driven by a servo, hydraulically locked by the wire rail pliers, and hydraulically jacked by the sleeve.
