A: T/T, 30% initial payment when order, 70% balance payment before shipment; Irrevocable LC at sight. When we receive the advance payment, we will start to make production. When the machine is ready, we will take pictures for you. After we get your balance payment, we will send the machine to you.
A: FANUC, SIEMENS, MITSUBISHI, LNC, SYNTEC, GSK, etc. It depends on your choice.
A: If the machine you order is a standard model, we can have it ready within 15 days. Special customized machines will take longer. The shipping time is about 30 days to Europe and America. If you are from Australia or Asia, the transit time will be shorter.
A: FOB, CFR, CIF or other terms are all acceptable.
A: The MOQ is 1 set, and the warranty period is one year. However, we will offer lifetime service for all our machines.
A: Standard machines will be securely packed in strong plywood cases.
