The series moving beam gantry machining center features a unique structure, with its main characteristic being that the worktable is floor-mounted, and the movements in three directions are achieved through the movements of the crossbeam, sliding seat, and ram milling head. The machine tool has excellent dynamic response characteristics, and its super-strong load-carrying capacity is 2-3 times that of similar machine tools.

  • "Synchronous drive" ensures the synchronization of dual drives, enhancing the movement stability and accuracy of the machine tool.
  • Deflection curve compensation technology ensures the geometric accuracy in the X/Y direction; the Z-direction ram balancing device guarantees the accuracy and stability of Z-direction movement.
  • Three-way feed adopts imported high-precision ball screws and imported high-precision bearings.
  • Imported high-precision linear scales and circular gratings are used as position detection components to form a 5-axis full closed-loop control, effectively improving the position accuracy of the machine tool.
  • The dual swing head is driven by torque motors, which shortens the transmission path of the A+B axes and improves transmission accuracy; at the same time, the direct drive of torque motors eliminates intermediate transmission parts such as traditional worm gears, which enhances the retention of transmission accuracy and avoids gap adjustment caused by wear of transmission parts.
  • The dual swing head can also be optionally equipped with a mechanical dual swing head, which enables larger driving torque of the A and B axes and is suitable for heavy-load cutting.
  • Column-type support provides a large operating space, facilitating the loading and unloading of large parts.
