The GMC1530 is a heavy-duty double-column gantry machining center featuring high rigidity and precision. It is ideal for processing large, heavy workpieces across multiple fields such as mold manufacturing, auto parts production, and engineering machinery.

Its overall structure is stable, with an integral bed cast from high-strength Meehanite cast iron and a honeycomb cavity design inside. The bed undergoes vibration aging treatment and double tempering processes, which can effectively eliminate internal stress and ensure precision stability during long-term heavy-load machining.

The machine adopts a double-column fixed-beam gantry frame with a gantry width of up to 1900mm, providing ample space for machining operations. The worktable measures 1500×3000mm, with a maximum load capacity of 8000kg. Equipped with 9 T-slots of 28mm width, it enables secure clamping of workpieces.

Adopting a double-column fixed-beam structure with a gantry width of 1900mm, it provides ample machining space and stable support. The columns are integrally cast from Meehanite cast iron, with an internal "honeycomb bionic design" to enhance rigidity. Vibration aging treatment is applied to eliminate internal stress, ensuring no deformation during long-term heavy-load operations. Equipped with heavy-duty linear guides for the Y-axis and an 8-sided box-rail square ram for the Z-axis, it further improves operational stability and rigidity.

Meanwhile, an automatic centralized lubrication system is equipped to extend service life.
