We have an advanced CNC workshop with five-axis machining center, three-axis machining center, horizontal machining center, turning and milling compound machines, gantry machining center, laser cutting machine and bending machine. We provide one-stop CNC machining or metal plate etc services from drawings to production to assembly. This makes us to produce complex geometric shapes for a variety of materials (including to metals and engineering alloys) with strict tolerances. The machining accuracy of our precision parts can be controlled within 0.005mm, and the machining accuracy of normal parts can be stably controlled within 0.02 mm.
Just provide us your design drawings, IGS, DWG, STEP files or original samples. We can quote within 3 hours at the earliest after receiving your inquiry. If you are urgent to need the price, please tell us so that we can give priority to your inquiry. We will provide technical advice and quotations. Once you approve, we will continue to produce.
Sure. We will not share your design with any third party without your permission. Before you send us the drawings, we can sign a confidentiality agreement (NDA) to ensure that your project is fully protected.
We can process all kinds of metal and nonmetal materials, such as aluminum alloy, stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, titanium alloy, engineering plastics and other commonly used industrial materials. We provide a wide range surface treatment services, including to the grinding, painting, polishing, UV coating, customer logo(screen printing, laser engraving), electroplating (including vacuum electroplating and water electroplating), anodizing, PVD coating and so on.
We carry out operator self-inspection, QC inspection, 100% inspection before the shipment, and provide inspection reports as required. We have 3 direct-operated factories, every product is done by our own factory team. Compared with outsourcing production, this enables us to maintain better quality control, faster turnover and more reliable delivery.
The samples or small orders are usually delivered by DHL, FEDEX, UPS, etc. Large orders can ship out by air or sea after confirming by customers.
