Equipped with a Higeman control system (or an optional FANUC control system), it is operated by eight CNC-controlled axes working in coordination: B (tool spindle), C (workpiece spindle), C1 (tailstock spindle), A (helix angle rotation axis), X (tool radial feed axis), Z (workpiece axial feed axis), Z1 (tailstock axial feed, capable of synchronized movement with the Z-axis), and Y (tool traverse axis), with axes B, C, X, and Z operating in coordination.

Human-machine interaction is simple and intuitive; based on the generating method principle, it achieves efficient and high-precision gear machining, with accuracy reaching Grade 5-6 of GB/T 10095-2008. The machine tool features a dual-spindle and dual-axial feed structure, making it suitable for the machining of high-precision micro-miniature gears and slender gear shafts.
