The four-head electric spindle, designed specifically for five-axis machining centers, features an integrated design and boasts a maximum speed of 18,000 rpm. Equipped with an ER40 toolholder, it can accommodate four different tool types at a time. During machining, it automatically rotates and switches tools according to the drawing and offers ±90-degree tilt adjustment, making it easy to complete complex processes such as drilling, grooving, and engraving on both inclined and vertical workpiece surfaces.
Equipped with two turning tool mounting positions, switched via a pneumatic cylinder, these two mounting positions accommodate various functional tools, including V-type turning tools, U-type turning tools, O-type turning tools, and cut-off tools. These positions automatically switch between the two positions based on workpiece requirements, meeting diverse turning needs.
Equipped with a sanding belt unit for grinding, it's driven by an 1100W brushless servo motor, with a maximum speed of 6000 rpm. The speed can be adjusted to suit your grinding needs. A grinding wheel and a pulsating sanding unit are also available as options.
The CNC system supports advanced features such as five-axis RTCP and handwheel simulation. It is compatible with various formats including NC, TAP, and TXT, and features an intuitive interface for easy control.
