  • (1) Rigid Cast Structure: Key parts such as the bed body column and spindle box are stabilized with high-quality TH 300 castings. The structural strength is calculated and analyzed by finite element analysis to provide high mechanical rigidity. The integrated molding technology and box structure ensure long-term stability and high geometric positioning accuracy.
  • (2) Heavy-Load Design: The base is wide, the column is a box structure, and the saddle is widened and lengthened. This heavy-load full support design ensures solid stability during high-capacity processing.
  • (3) Reinforced Spindle Box: Ribs are reinforced inside the spindle box, and the contact length ratio between the spindle box and column is optimized to provide stable support for the main shaft.
  • (4) High-Precision Drive: Three-axis motor and precision high-speed ball screw direct drive enhance rigidity and improve accuracy.
  • (5) Roller Linear Guide Rails: X and Y axes utilize roller linear guide rails featuring high rigidity, low noise, and low friction, enabling fast displacement and optimal circular precision.
  • (6) Efficient Cooling System: The cutting fluid capacity is large to quickly discharge cutting heat. The L-type water tank is placed on both sides of the machine to save space.
  • (7) Tool Exchange Device: Fast, simple, and reliable tool changer driven by an advanced cam mechanism with arbitrary position selection capability, controlled by PLC. Tested for one million cycles, the mechanism ensures smooth rotation with heavy-duty tools and minimizes non-cutting time.
  • (8) High-Speed Spindle: Standard speed is 8,000 rpm using a high-horsepower motor with a belt connection to reduce noise and heat. Corrected online with G-TECH GT-5052A dynamic balance equipment to avoid resonance. Optional belt 10,000 rpm or direct junction 12,000 rpm spindles are available.
  • (9) Secure Tool Pull Claw: High-strength, four-flap claw pull knife with a large contact surface ensures a strong grip force, minimizing tool handle wear and extending lifespan.
  • (10) Compact Electrical Cabinet: The electrical box features a rear-hanging design to optimize space usage and maximize shop floor efficiency.
