What is the shipping method?
Machines are shipped via sea or land transportation. Metalworking samples are shipped via express courier (EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX, etc.). Please confirm logistics arrangements with us before finalizing orders.
What after-sales service is provided?
We offer a one-year warranty (covering replacement parts only). We provide comprehensive video troubleshooting support and ship necessary spare parts for repairs.
