The C0636A lathe machine features a supersonic frequency hardened bed way, precision roller bearings for the spindle, ground and hardened gears inside the headstock, an easy-to-operate gearbox, and support for various thread cutting configurations.
The machine offers a swing over bed of 360mm, a swing over carriage of 220mm, and a maximum swing over gap of 500mm.
It offers versatile thread cutting including 26 kinds of Metric threads (0.4~7mm), 34 kinds of Inch threads (4~56T.P.I), 16 kinds of Module threads (0.35~5M.P), and 36 kinds of Diametral threads (6~104D.P).
The main spindle motor has a power capacity of 1.5kW (2HP), and it is supported by a secondary 0.04kW (0.055HP) motor dedicated to the integrated coolant system.
The lathe machines are securely packed using export-standard robust wooden crates with protective internal padding to avoid movement, dust, and moisture during sea or land transit.
The spindle features a through-bore diameter of 38mm with a spindle taper of MT5 to accommodate standard heavy-duty tooling.
