ck6150 1500mm Chinese CE Small Benchtop Horizontal CNC Lathe Machine is a high-precision, high-efficiency automated machine tool built with an integrated protection structure and a beautiful outer appearance. Mainly used for complex shape parts or high precision parts processing, it can automatically complete internal and external round surfaces, conical cotton, round faces, end faces, a variety of threads, drilling, hinging, boring and other turning operations. The machine is tested in strict accordance with the inspection procedure. Each machine adopts a laser interferometer to detect X and Z axis positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the machine.

Detailed Components

Spindle

45# steel forged spindle features high speed, high precision, and strong rigidity. The spindle speed change adopts manual four-speed speed change and stepless speed regulation within the gear, which greatly reduces the probability of machine tool operation failure. It offers a mature structure, stable performance, easy programming, and simple operation.

High-strength Grey Cast Iron Bed

Resin sand mould integral casting. The casting is tempered twice to eliminate the internal stress of the casting itself. The whole machine is good, the machining accuracy is high, and the stability of the machine tool is guaranteed for long-term use.

Spindle Box

The four-speed speed regulation of the main shaft adopts a gear box structure, especially the three-point support of the main shaft of this machine tool, which has the outstanding characteristics of high speed, high precision, strong rigidity, small thermal deformation, stable operation, and low noise.

Guide Rail of the Bed

The guide rail of the bed is finely ground after being quenched by the super-audio frequency, featuring high hardness, good rigidity, and long service life. The carriage adopts the plasticization process of the guide rail surface, which has good wear resistance and high precision.

Tailstock

There is a device in the tailstock sleeve to prevent the rotation of the drill bit, which avoids damage to the taper of the inner hole of the tailstock sleeve due to rotation caused by misoperation, effectively protecting the tailstock components.

Controller System

The standard configuration is the GSK980TB3 controller system; optional options include Siemens, Fanuc, or Syntec controller systems. Simple and easy to operate, with the operation manual provided.

Chuck

The standard chuck is a 3-jaw manual chuck. The optional configuration includes a 3-jaw or 4-jaw hydraulic hollow chuck.

Turret

The standard turret is a 4-station electric turret. Optional configurations include a 6/8-station electric turret or a 12-station living turret.
