The CNC machining center is equipped with a tool magazine that automatically changes tools, enabling diverse processing operations within a single setup. Once the workpiece is clamped, the CNC system automates the selection and replacement of tools, adjusting spindle speed, feed rate, and movement paths. This seamless integration performs drilling, countersinking, reaming, boring, tapping, and milling processes efficiently. Minimizing manual intervention reduces setup time, error rates, and storage requirements, delivering high accuracy and significant economic benefits.
