(1) Heavy-Duty Stability: We use castings produced by large-scale factories, utilizing thicker materials and heavier weights to ensure a significantly more stable and solid machine body. While other regions might rely on small casting shops with compromises in structure, our machine bed is consistently manufactured from reinforced high-density 300 resin sand cast iron.
(2) Stress Relief Process: Through rigorous annealing and vibration aging treatments, internal stress within the castings is completely eliminated. This greatly enhances stability, ensuring the machine frame remains resistant to deformation over long-term use.
The main core transmission components are strictly selected and imported from Taiwan, ensuring guaranteed global quality, precision, and operational reliability.
Through detailed and precise hand shovelling and scraping processes, our CNC machines achieve an exceptional level of high lubrication, structural high precision, and long-lasting accuracy.
