The VDLS850 vertical machining center features a uniquely strong and durable rigid structure. Through repeated simulation and calculation in engineering mechanics, the robust bed structure is designed to meet engineering requirements for increased rigidity and reduced weight. It is suitable not only for machining plates, plates, housings, and precision parts, but also for mold processing. The machine is equipped with an automatic tool changer (ATC), an integrated protective cover, automatic lubrication and cooling systems, and a portable manual override (MPG). With a single part setup, it can perform multiple machining operations, including milling, boring, drilling, reaming, reaming, and tapping. It offers a high degree of automation, strong reliability, simple, convenient, and user-friendly operation, and boasts an elegant overall design and a high level of mechatronics.
